How long does the perfume insert emit a scent for?

The scent lasts a minimum of 1 month, however, this depends on the strength of the essential oil or fragrance oil used and the scent family it falls within.

The ‘Maëlle Originals’ unscrew to allow perfume insert to be changed.

I’m not sure on the scent pairings, what can I do?

A scent swatch is available for order. It is a small booklet with all the available scents. The hinge allows you to smell multiple scents at once.

What do I do if a scent is not available?

Tag us on social media, if the scent you are looking for is not available.

What are the safety warnings on the small parts?

A booklet stating ‘Warning choking hazard and small parts. Keep away from young children’

I have allergies, is it safe to use?

If you have a known allergy towards resin or any of the essential/fragrance oils used then please do not use. As you will come into direct contact with the perfume insert. If you experience any irritation, please stop using and consult your GP.

After ordering, when can I expect my jewellery to arrive?

As your scented jewellery is unique, the estimate delivery time is 7-10 working days, as your items are made to order.
